Shipping Policy


  • We're pleased to offer shipping nationwide and worldwide. Enjoy $4.99 shipping within the continental U.S. Free shipping is available for orders of $85 or more.
  • Please note, additional charges may apply for APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories. For international orders, shipping costs vary by destination. Customs and duties may apply. APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories may incur extra charges due to location.




      • Our candles are crafted by hand with care, typically taking 2-7 days to process. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link for your order.



        • All orders are shipped from the United States. Please anticipate possible delays during busy holiday seasons like Christmas and New Year, as postal systems may experience higher volumes.

        There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.



        • We strive to offer tracking information for most shipping methods to keep you informed about your shipment's progress. Tracking details are typically sent via email, but please note that some orders may not generate immediate shipping information.         • While we understand the frustration of lost or stolen packages, Lamoonla regrets to inform you that we cannot be held responsible for packages successfully delivered to the address provided during checkout.
        • To prevent such occurrences, please verify that your address is correct when placing your order.
